Terms & Conditions.
Once placing an order and all requirements are agreed we ask for a £50 deposit before any work is carried out, once the order is finished we require payment in full before any costume is sent to yourself. Ready made Costumes and practical dancewear will be sent once we are in receipt of payment.
All our costumes are made-to-measure, one-off and 'Xclusive' we quarantee you will not see the same costume made by us.
Our 100% price promise means we will refund any monies owed if you are not completly satisfied or the costume is ill-fitting or faulty. This only applies to costumes soley designed by us. We cannot offer refunds on costumes designed by yourself or that have been worn, this includes practical wear. We will not be held responsible for items mis-used or washed incorrectly. Costumes need to be returned un-worn before any refund is due, please note than deposits are non-refundable in any case.
All of our costumes come with full accessories un-less otherwise stated.
We usually dispatch within 2 working days of cleared payment for items in our online shop and 2-3 weeks for Xclusive made-to-measure costumes from the point of order.
We would love to showcase your photo's in our Gallery so please send us your picture's, by doing this you agree to let us use the photo's for advertisment purpose's as this will help improve our site and other means of advertisment. We understand the importance of privacy to all our client's and will use details only in the strictest confidence therefore we will not pass any details onto third parties.
We will always make sure you are happy with the design and the price quoted before any work is to commence.
